I hold a BSc in Pharmaceutical Healthcare from Dublin Institute of Technology (Now TU Dublin) and a MSc in Industrial Pharmaceutical Science from IT Sligo (Now Atlantic Technological University) Following my graduation I began work in Retail Pharmacy with Lloyds Pharmacy and worked there for four years starting as an OTC sales assistant and finishing as a pharmacy technician. Following that I moved to United Drug as a quality officer and steadily progressed upwards first becoming a deputy responsible person, a QA specialist, Quality operations lead and qualified person. Following seven years in United Drug I moved to Viatris as a qualified person and currently work in the respiratory site in Dublin.

My key areas of expertise are product recall, new production introduction, exempt medicines, batch specific requests and secondary packaging.
